Tavi 2 locked since last retart

Tavi 2 server restarted 2 hours ago and its locked since then.

Exiles db script isn't bulletproof sadly so sometimes our extra vehicles get added the wrong way. And that confuses the exile server init engine and their script never reach the end so the server never gets unlocked.
