What is the easiest way to contact an admin or anyone with any power or authority?
It is not easy for us NA players to talk to you guys . we can sit on teamspeak for hours on end and never see an admin.

depends what you gonna ask. If it's not compensation for lost things in-game. You can use the feedback tracker or send an private message to the Facebook page.
A good Idea is that people also help other people. If you have an issue ask the other players. You really need a fast comp turn to other players ask for help. Show them the proof and if they help comping and we consider the comp legit we will comp the player who helped and also give an extra bonus for helping the community.
