unlocking BUG?

cant get a scroll option to unlock a T-90 and a CR V-6E Bobcat, is this a bug??

Yes, I'll try to fix it by tomorrow.

Just set a key to custom action 1 in the options and you can unlock them. I have 'u' for example and it works with the bobcat.

There is obviously something wrong at the moment I'll try to figure out a solution in a near future.
