Bandit humanity needs a rework

So currently if a bandit kills a bandit you gain humanity (closer to 0, not the way you want to go). Same with killing bandit AI. IMO this is backwards. Bandits are supposed to be able to kill anything on sight. Currently there is no effective difference between the heroes and bandits. They are both simply factions that are supposed to be friendly internally. Maybe you could change the mechanics so that if you are a bandit, you get -humanity for killing anything (bandit, hero, or neutral), but for balance reasons perhaps lose more on death?

Its pretty annoying to kill a random player and "lose" humanity as a bandit.

Yea I agree on this. As of right now the humanity system is pretty pointless imo, you never know if it's a hero or a bandit before you shoot at somebody so instead maybe a ranking system would work better. When you kill someone you then rank up, and unlock certain weps or vehicles at a "special trader". I just feel like the humanity system doesn't fit into the exile mod :)

Agreed. Until we can identify people on sight, maybe don't punish bandits for killing anything. Or leave it like that permanently as bandits should be able to KOS imo.

Shooting bambis is and should be punished. Bandit or not.

If you shoot a Bambi you allways get +100 if you are a bandit and -100 if you are a hero. We are working on a new model for the rest.
A rework of the humanity system will be pushed to the server tonight among some other features and bug fixes.

Yes, bandits will now always get minus humanity when killing player only way to convert to hero is to kill AI. Heroes now also has a discount at all traders
The only way not to get negative humanity is if you get punished for killing bambi or get killed by a other bandit
So I had +2.8k humanity and shot one guy shooting at me, -1000 humanity. Do I understand it correctly, that as a hero the only way to maintain your level is by killing bots? :/
you can kill bandits too we tested.
so I guess i'm not supposed to shoot ppl that have no lvl yet? well damn, gonna avoid people from now on
until some way of identifying people is implemented... don;t pvp prettymuch.
If you lost 1000 humanity you shoot a level 2 hero. Will investigate, don't think we have any of those yet.
His name was Zac or Zach, not too sure. I was just really surprised I could lose that much.
You killed a survivor,

I'll adjust the punishment of killing a survivor as a Hero 1 from -1000 to -100. I will also adjust some other humanity changes for killing and dying. Will send Data a table of all the humanity changes tonight so he can publish it on the weppage.
I think the info that is posted In chat states hero killing a bandit will gain 250. Or survivor killing bandit. Is this intended? Currently only gain100
There have never been an option to gain 250 so have a hard time thinking this is stated in the welcome message. If a survivor or hero all levels kill a bandit level 3 they increase their humanity by 2500. Will send Data the humanity score sheet so he can publish it on the webpage.

If it's stated somewhere that you can gain 250 in anyway that message is incorrect and we are sorry for the mistake.
Maybe i was mistaken or it was changed.
