Bandit humanity needs a rework
So currently if a bandit kills a bandit you gain humanity (closer to 0, not the way you want to go). Same with killing bandit AI. IMO this is backwards. Bandits are supposed to be able to kill anything on sight. Currently there is no effective difference between the heroes and bandits. They are both simply factions that are supposed to be friendly internally. Maybe you could change the mechanics so that if you are a bandit, you get -humanity for killing anything (bandit, hero, or neutral), but for balance reasons perhaps lose more on death?

The rest i agree.
I'll adjust the punishment of killing a survivor as a Hero 1 from -1000 to -100. I will also adjust some other humanity changes for killing and dying. Will send Data a table of all the humanity changes tonight so he can publish it on the weppage.
If it's stated somewhere that you can gain 250 in anyway that message is incorrect and we are sorry for the mistake.
