Is there going to be a wipe at 9.3

We havent talked about it but if they are fixing all the dupes it definitely should be discussed.

Since we we havnt talked about it all options and opinions are welcome. Write your thought on a wipe below this post.

Ive seen armed ac130s and armed striders on players their first day on server. And I know smarter players are more casual about their duping. I don't know if its possible but if you could wipe all items (crates, safes, characters, $$, vehicles) without wiping base walls/flags themselves that would be the best. Rebuilding for a 3rd time is depressing to think about.

also it may be worth considering fixing the prices on a few thermal outliers, since nightstalkers are 115k but other sources of thermal are only 1k

Which are the other thermal scopes?

I most most likely will turn of vehicle thermal and night vision aswell.

No complete wipe please, vehicles/money yes, but nothing more.
Also Data and Jan, you guys need to be more strict with the DB, sometimes it's really obvious but still no consequences. Example: armed osprey or minigun humvees or the bobcat you had to blowup. A simple db search would give you the owner and you could at least try to talk with them.

Cause building a base again ...
Just wipe money, vehicles, safes, ...

The guy spanned A10 was a cheater and is banned from the server.
The bobcat is destroyed, they where not cheating there was a price mistake in the configuration file.
There is no osprey in the db.

If we catch people using them, of course there will be consequences but we aren't on the server 24/7.

The server was just wiped, so a new wipe would only punish legit players.
Dupers will continue duping and finding new way to do that.

they next patch is fixing what i would bet was the source of 90% of duping.

If base structures aren't wiped at least you have that.

Also maybe the admins could add some Western US timezone admins to help cover the downtimes.

You could wipe vehicles but dont touch money or buildings, just get a new fresh server up when the 9.3 release hits

Should probably wait till peak time and ask on the server/TS since most people who I know care 1 way or the other aren't active on the forums.

I support a wipe with all but buildings and flags! If you don´t wipe the money and gear the dupers will still have a enormous lead on the rest of us..

Vehicles, Gear, Safes and Money is fine to wipe, but you actually need to do stuff to be able to build a base, so please leave them..

Dupers WILL continue to dupe, from what i heard, there is at least 4-5 methods of duping, and it wont be fixed any time soon, any they will keep finding new ways, a wipe will not stop them.

We have done a vehicle, items in containers and player characters wipe. We put a money cap at 5 000 000 for those who had some money.
