Make glitching into bases against server rules

There currently is no listed rule against glitching into bases, which I think is a huge oversight in the server rules. We shouldn't have to worry about if our base is able to be glitched into or not, or someone glitching into my base to kill me while I'm working on crafting stuff/gearing up.

Glitching is glitching, so I don't see why this would be allowed, as it'll only cause arguments and frustration for those who experience it.
