Mobile traders

Can you guys add like mobile traders with no safezone (like bandit/hero trader maybe even vehicle/heli/ weapons trader).
These traders will move from location to location afther every server restart (they spawn randomly on the map like a mission).

Fun idea, will look at it when all other more important stuff is fixed. With other words it can take some time.
