Is there an alternate yet hidden way we can contact you guys? I can see how this is a problem. Too many people jumping onto a compensation band wagon. Some of us cant be on ts when an admin is on.
Hmm, we'll try to figure out a new way. The only problem is that admins/moderators come and go and if me and Data are gonna spend time to admin, babysit the admins/moderators and try to find new ones we are not gonna have any time to improve the system. The best solution would be if we could actually find some admins/moderators that would give as much time to the project that we do.
I'm usually online between 22-24 but I also have some days when I do other stuff. The time when I'm online I usually work on improving the system of SP4R but poke me and if I response I'm available to help.
So you think it's better to use this feedback tracker that we created to improve the SP4R system in-game to post about comps. I only have like 2 hours to work on the system each day which I make for free and this feedback tracker is created for me to discuss with the players what I can improve. If I always helping players instead of improving the system nothing will be done.
I know I promised to help you before and I will as a last comp on this tracker. Send a private message to the Facebook page and I'll look into it tonight. I just got back home 2 days ago from a weeks trip and yesterday Data gave me the new credentials for the new server so now I finally also can access it.
We have like 5 admins and 5 moderators for these 2 servers so it should be possible to reach some of them during different hours then when I'm online.
at the time other people where using the feedback tracker for comp. so I did not start a new thread just posted in one to not fill up the tracker with comp request. if you could post times that the admins and moderators would be on teamspeak that would help out people in solving problems. thanks.
We have just recruited 4 new admin/moderators, It's hard to force the admins to be online at different hours when they do it for free. Because of this we can't guarantee when one will be online, we'll discuss an alternative to see if it is possible to add a schedule for the admins.

I have been in the TS for about 6 hours in the comp channel and no one has come in.
I can usually find an admin around 8 am est
