Update rules on sp4r.com

Could you please update the rules on sp4r.com to reflect the recent changes. The inconsistencies between what is said by admins in game (base strafing/blowing vehicles allowed) and what is posted there is leading to a lot of confusion.

Also there is a lot of room in the f2 menu, or the PDA server info menu also, that could be used to copy the rules there for easier access.

^^ seriously there is ALOT of misinformation posted in official places everywhere and no admin seems to care. How are we suppose to know what the rules currently are if you change them but dont publicly announce it in anyway?!
