Well for me it looked like there is some invisible object blocking the spawn.
I noticed that when a vehicle blew up in Sabina trader. When trying to drive through the savezone afterwards i ran into an invisible object blocking my car.

I had something similar. Got killed and spawned behind the person who killed me. it was like if i was in spectator mode.
