Very good points,

• Will have a look at the reset function, There are always ways to improve the algorithm :D
• Same as above ;) Can make it so the timer only resets if all group members of the hackers team that are within the radius have to be gone or dead before it resets.
• A possible solution is to overwrite the config file of the pub i our mod files - low priority.
  A building at a random position would be very hard to spawn inside a city and I think the city PvP is the most fun part, putting a house in the middle of nowhere would just end with a sniper war.
• Could be a fun function for the entire map, but will probably add it so you can only do it if you have an axe or something :P

The admin situation is always gonna be an issue, since all the admins we let in to the team stops doing anything within 1-2 weeks and of all the little time I can put into this hobby project, I don't want to spend time recruiting and babysit new admins which almost takes more time than helping the players and creating new awesome features.

He has been dealt with and won't get online until an admin release his ban.
He had more money than me, an obvious money hack and even if he got the money from someone else he shouldn't accept them.

My mission today can be to write a new notification system for restarts. A auto-lock is against my opinion, park and lock your vehicles 5 min before restart and there shouldn't be a problem.
