What Jan means is that the corpse management is done by exile and shouldn't get touched by us in the first place. However, now we have a great system with which your corspe container box lasts 60 minutes and refreshes another 60 min if you get into range of it!
Also, much have changed since sunday man.. regarding many of the things you speak of. Both servers are kind of resetted anyway - so no worry of your loss of those vehicles. We are in beta state, or even alpha, for our code. So there will be a few months of bug-hunting and adjusting. We may have to clean out certain sections of the database from time to time, until we release 1.0 in a month or two. Come back then if you need 100% persistency!
Second, There are no admin tools available that we can run on the server currently (no, we will not run infistar in it's current state, and never in any future state unless its structure changes). We will soon deploy our own admin tool system and then the admins will be able to help you considerably more!
As I also noted in my first post - these are things we / exile / BI knows about and will be fixed by respective party as soon as possible.
Lastly, I don't think those bases are breaking the rules, unless they block off the path completely. Please read the rules at sp4r.com!

This is not regarding that at all, as I thought the post spelled out. This is regarding what we do AFTER we have reached a state of 1.0RC and forward.

Not even the machine itself says it is any problem with it - but it is taking 1 min+ to open any application (even windows explorer), some applications will not even start. Nothing is installed on the machine except from a MySQL Server + Workbench. We did not have this issue before friday evening. Something is very wrong with the machine they have provided regardless of what their status says
